Mathematics in ebooks

Improving MathML in Gecko & WebKit and Creating a collection of EPUB samples

  • Paypal payment

    Dear all,

I have created a Paypal account and enabled the Paypal payment for the project. Hopefully this will help people having trouble with non-european credit cards...

    Best,

    Frédéric

  • One over five

    Dear all,

I would like to thank you for your contribution. Thanks to your help, we already raised 20% of the minimal goal in only two days, that's great! I did not have any experience with crowdfunding before and I am very pleased to see how people have been supportive so far. As a consequence, I decided to offer to all the supporters access to Web and EPUB versions of the "Interactive ebook on Matrices" shown in the video, once we reach 33% of the minimal goal. Please continue to spread the word!

I'd like to add two remarks:

    • I'm not sure it is clear, but rewards are cumulative: if you fund 25€ then you can claim all the rewards for 5€, 13€ and 23€.

    • Some people from the US and from Canada experienced some issues with card payment. Someone told me that he had to contact his bank to allow the transfer to the Ulule Web site. Someone else had to try several times until it was finally accepted. It's not clear what happens, but that seems a bit random. See the Ulule FAQ for the payment options available.

  • The project is now public

    Dear all,

Thank you to the five first supporters who allowed the project to leave the "nestling" mode and to become public on Ulule pages. We already reached 3%, that's a good start!
