The book was printed last week, and will be bound this week! Tomorrow wee expect confirmation that it will be delivered by Friday, if things happen according to the plan we will be packing them this weekend and ship them out on Monday 13th.

I am Arnaud, working in Ulule's team. I just checked and your Paypal pre-payment of NOK 1480 has correctly been registered (and 1480 NOK is the coorect amount to pay for four books).
Please note that it is a preapproval of payment, which mean that you will be debited only once the project fund raising period is over (i.e. in about 7 days).

So, I just made an order and can't figure out if I reserved the correct amount.. also I suck at technology... that being said, I want to someway confirm a reservation of four books.. is there someone I should email? Also- sorry for waiting til the last minute!

Due to problems with PayPal in the beginning of the campaign, we have extended the time till May 23rd. So there's still 11 days to place your order.
Ok, heres the thing, I didn't know about this project between April 1st to April 30th... Just learned about the book today. What's the status? Still on? Would love a copy or two of the book. So if it's still on, hola at me and i'll order two copys as soon as my next paycheck arrives...

my paypal still says i have a pre approved payment. does this mean that my payment will go thru when the quota is made? or do i need to order it another way and cancel this pre approved payment.?

Just tried to pay with credit card and when I hit submit it told me it was a shame I decided NOT to support the project. Not sure if it's a glitch, or if it will take time to process, I will keep an eye on my bank account and if the charge doesn't go through I will try again. I really want a copy or two of this book (one for me and one for my studio). Hope this project comes to fruition!
We have changed the payment method, you can now use pay with Visa or MasterCard. It should make things easier.
I have used a similar thing called Kickstarter in the USA. the project only takes prepayment if 500 (or whatever the goal you set) actually DO order.
Indie Go-Go has flex goals, and takes payment at the end of the funding time.
Ill see if I can work this into my budget. good luck!

Yes - remain calm... That actually is PayPal's fault. I t takes them a day or more for this 'preapproved payment' thing to post to your account. At least that's what they told me. I couldn't see see it on my PayPal account at first either - and they made it extra hard to find. Log into Paypal, then use https://www.paypal.com/ch/c... and you should see it. To find that otherwise, you'd need to log in, then click through "My Profile" -> "my money" -> the update button next to "my preapproved payments" and then the "preapproved payments plan" link.
I'd really have preferred other payment options myself as well...
Remain calm! We will have a look at it and come back to you with advice. In the mean time you might want to give it another try and see if you can figure it out. It should be easy, that is the whole point. That said I all to familiar with the interweb confusing me...
Still 28 days to solve the problem, don't worry.

Can somebody explain how it does actually work?
I just got an email confirmation : "You've signed up for preapproved payments plan with Semio .
To view the details, log in on the PayPal homepage, go to your Profile, and click Preapproved Payments. Then click Semio xxxxxxxxx."
I DID AND THEN WHAT?! i really hate to use these payment sites on the net, now i did register and it doesn t give me a confirmation that it is paid or not or whatever....
HELP?
