About

"Pure Fucking People" was an artbook auto-published in September 2010, in France. This artbook was an "hommage" to the headbangers of the hudge french metal festival called "HELLFEST". All the black and white drawings in this book are people that i met there in 2009 and 2010. The artbook was well recevied by the French metal community, and many others people from the worldwide (Spain, Germany, USA, Scotland, Australia ....) that i met in 2011, at the Extrem Market of the Hellfest. There were an exposition at the mal Leclerc (in Clisson).

In Pure Fucking People 2, the 50 new drawings are people that i met in 2011 at the Hellfest Open Air (Clisson), and at the Motocultor Festival (Vannes).

What are the funds for?

The funds are for the impression of the artbook because this year i'm not able to do it only by myself, and to cover the Ulule paiments. This new artbook will be like the first one : 64 pages, drawings in Black and white, flexible book 6,29x9,45 inches (like comic books), cover with 2 colors printed, strong paper (offset 170 gr). It will be printed in France, at Presence Graphic studio (close to the city of Tours).

The benefices of the book will help me to live during the realisation of my last project : a black and white graphic novel of 220 pages. I write, draw and make my own grey colors. Allready 41 pages have been done.

About the project owner

I am a french comic books author. I made 13 books : 10 comic books, 2 child books and 1 artbook. Since 2007, my comics are published by the famous French Casterman editions.

I am 39 years old, in couple since 14 years, with 3 metal kids.
