About
The idea of the LA Social Network party was born out of many premises:
- that social networking parties are real bore
- finding a web developer or designer is nigh impossible
- that Paris has all it takes to be the next silicon valley, but no-one meets each other
So we say, why not take advantage of this and throw a hackathon of a new genre: a soirée that does not conform to the usual venues used for these types of events, with a DJ and vodka shots between lines of encoding. This is the place to meet genius web developers, talented designers and ideal partners.
We therefore appeal to you to make this event possible by helping to fund it!
All the money collected will be put towards the organisation of the event.
With your help, the launch night could happen during LeWeb’12!
So put a note in your calendars and warn your friends: the 6th December 2012, it’s the party you don’t want to miss!

What are the funds for?
The funding will allow us to pay the rent for what will be an unusual and exceptional venue for an event of this kind. It will also allow us to put in place the necessary infrastructures for the realisation of the party!
