What is the output amperage (e.g. 850mA)? Is it "normal USB" (PC output amperage) or "charging USB"?

iPad charging is at 2A. Maximum USB power is 500mA, while most chargers can go to 1A. Only the iPad requires 2A.

You should translate the video and the pictures to english.

A website mostly in french does not look promisingly nor professional.

@mrkane I don't think that the language of a website has anything todo with how professional a company is... Just because you don't understand it, it does not mean it is not professional!!! However, I agree with you, that a french only webpage is not helpful in advertising this really cool product to a broader audience spread over the whole world... Chinese anybody?! :-)

Anyways, keep spreading the word and good luck vivien with the presale. Looking forward to receive mine before christmas :-)

The page is translated into english, you just need to switch the language (upper part of the website). The video isn't, it was shot for a frenchspoken program. You have all the informations you need in the page though.

A very cool idea! I would buy a pre-sale one, except it is not clear what happens to pre-sale money if 400 units are not sold? With just over 100 units pre-sold if 400 orders are not placed are the units still made and shipped or money refunded?

Electree can recharge an iPad, but you'll have to wait at least one week between 2 charges.

The battery can handle approximately 4500 smartphone recharges.
You can exchange it but it's not a standard. If the battery dies during the guarantee we'll send you a new one. After it will be sold separately.

Please keep us posted and please be transparent about realistic delivery dates. Many of us paid the electree as a Christmas present - i would be rather disappointed not to get it in time...

I am rather disappointed regarding the information being given by mister vivian muller. There was a promise made that all early birds would receive this by Christmas but there has been no contact other than the paypal charge made by the company.

I'm rather skeptical regarding to the shipment and delivery of the product.

Therefore I want to ask the seller to contact us and give us a shipment estimate date on the product.

Final sample was finished, certification testing has been finished successfully, and 1st production batch has been produced?
Can we have an updated schedule with estimated delivery date?
Any bumps in the road causing delays?

To be fair. I think all early birds should receive some kind of compensation.

A peace of tree bark is a nice touche, but people have bought this with Christmas in mind. Christmas is long gone and there still in the development and packing design phase. Wrong kind of planning and not to happy they are making the customers impatient.

So mister Muller, will we see some kind of compensation for the extensive delay?
