This article is very well written. I love reading poetry but it is very hard to write a good poem. I look forward to reading a poem from you Rebecca. Perhaps one about kissing or tea.

I just love the photo! If only it were me...it would be on the lips and last for hours! There is no harm in kissing and I love the way the French greet by kissing on both cheeks - so much better than a cold English hand shake.

I love john's comment . I think it is fabulous that the French love our scones. They must be eaten with clotted cream and good jam perhaps even a strawberry on top. I forgot about the monkey that was years ago.

I definitely agree - we English always rush our food whilst the French take their time and enjoy the social aspect of a meal. I will make a more conscious effort to take my time and enjoy.
