Synopsis
It's the story of Maureen, a famous ventriloquist singer, secrectly pregnant with a boy for 18 years.
But the truth is at the point of bursting out...
The captivating voice which bursts from her womb has a name: Charles. And Charles is at a rebellious age and has but one objective: to be born.

« 216 Months» is an atypical family story in which we explore the themes of liberty faced with imprisonment, lies, manipulation and hope.
It's the story of Charles who wants to live and discover a world that refuses him: it's the story of a mother who can't let her son go, because he is the reason for her success, but also because she loves him.
« 216 Mois» poses questions of maternal love, human rights and their presence in society.
Without answering any of these questions, « 216 Mois » aims to express one sole truth: humans want to exist.

"Tony Zoreil" has been selected in most of the big international festivals: Mostra de Venise, les Césars, Prague, New York, Boston, Rome, Clermont-Ferrand, Tokyo, Toronto, Montréal, Barcelone, Glasgow….And has won over 40 awards.

What are the funds for?
"216 MOIS" is a real challenge. A challenge in which we would like to see you all participate.
In fact Canal+ has been the first to support the project after reading the script, followed by CNC who selected the film from among more than 150 other scripts.
Since, the script has received the Fondation Beaumarchais award and doesn't cease to arouse enthusiasm in those who read it.
We now need your support to be able to transform this singular story into a remarkable film.
About the project owner
The SoLab team is composed of threeassociates. Edouard Chassaing and Nicolas Tiryare co-producers, and Romain Chassaing is director.
Created in January 2008, SoLab began with the production of video clips (Metronomy, Pony Pony Run Run, Wax Tailor, We Have Band, Raphael Saadiq, Housse de Racket, Tahiti 80, Paco Volume, Gush, Soldout...)
The company also opened a department dedicate to advertising: Chapitr3 where it produces films for Louis Vuitton, Ladurée, Stella McCartney, Sony Ericsson, Microsoft.
